原Tequila樂隊成員自1999年退居幕後，換個身分仍繼續從事音樂創作/演唱會樂手/音樂教育…沒有放棄追逐音樂夢，樂隊創始人多年來累積不少同年輕人合作做音樂既感受同體驗，認為 #樂壇 前輩更應該帶領新血，一齊為香港樂壇開創新時代
退居幕後10年，來到2019年決定帶領新力軍重新組成Tequila樂隊一起由幕後走到幕前，Keep rock and roll ，一邊做自己想做既音樂一邊鼓勵年輕音樂人不要為生活放棄追音樂夢，延續Tequila最嗆精神，創作最嗆既音樂
