Description
龍舟同樂日又返嚟啦，扒龍舟強身健體??，今年更玩一玩傳統文化元素，係每一節都加入私家龍體驗，由教練同你講解私家龍木龍舟的特色划法。
同樂日內容包括解構傳統龍舟、分享漁民龍舟隊軼事，遊走百年漁港，當然不少得由教練帶領陸上熱身練習，教授基本握槳、划法和下水練習。
參加者需知：
年齡: 16歲或以上
名額: 每節18人
費用: 全免
*參加者需要遵照安全指示及穿上助浮衣落水
