「會記得一首 會記得一首 你我一生心照的」
故事講述五位八十後年輕人，2000年代在中學相遇相知，一起聽喜愛的流行歌曲、一起應付會考、一起在尖沙咀海傍訴說各自的夢想。
直到其中一個遠走他方繼續學業，從此眾人在不知不覺間各散東西。各自在社會上打拼，尋找屬於自己的一片天。
有的成功，有的失落。
一邊聽著我最喜愛的歌，一邊跟著生活流。
來年陌生的，是昨日最親的某某？
2014年，他們終於在繁忙的街道上擦身而過。
許多年以後，散了，能再聚嗎？
