Rules，統治之意，意即讓讓年青音樂人/樂隊在音樂世界版圖取下更多領土;亦有規條之意，讓新一代音樂人為文化界破舊立新，定下新規則。 “Young Rules”銳意結集本地才華洋溢的年青音樂人，向香港樂迷和公眾推廣其原創音樂。
YR並非只是一般音樂節，這也是屬於Young Artist的社區用於交流、體驗音樂和結盟。這裡將會成為定期分享、發佈盟友的最新資訊和音樂。
