To brew under the process of water evaporation and condensation with stirring, the flavour of coffee will be extracted with layers. Although this brewing method and pour-over brewing are equally popular internationally, it is not widely served in Hong Kong cafes. room68 brings you the syphon brewing experience with the guest barista Tony Lou @ Grade Radiant. Besides brewing coffee, one of the event highlights will be our experiment of making Chinese tea with the Syphon brewing method.
