科學麵的男主唱兼吉他手阿悅和來自台灣的女主唱晴子在Tinder上認識，分享著對音樂的熱誠，二人遙距進行創作，極速完成科學麵首張專輯《Soothe me》，更於洪申豪的廠牌 PAR Records & Store 作線上發行。吉他手Martin、貝斯手Yui和鼓手阿亨後來加入科學麵，並在香港繼續發展。樂隊今年9月更會參與wow and flutter主辦的THE WEEKEND音樂節。
