How to Get There
For the sake of environmental friendliness, the organizer highly recommends runners to go to the venue by public transportation.

"Pre-race training"
Strength Training is very important to running athletes, which helps to improve performance during the race effectively. And it can help runners comprehensively overcome muscular imbalances en route to becoming stronger, more efficient, and less injury-prone with no special machine but only core strength training.
The workshop is provided by PRO TRAINING Main Coach Perrie Lau and the team. He is a qualified coach of IRONMAN and tutor from IPTFA (International Personal Trainers and Fitness Academy).
