23 September is the first anniversary of Professor Charles Kao’s passing. In memory of the “Father of Fibre Optics”, our Foundation will be organising an exhibition from 16 September to 14 October. In this exhibition, visitors can walk through the life of the Professor, and appreciate the contributions he had made to Science, Education and the Society. Paintings, photographs, videos and personal memorabilia will be exhibited. In addition, we shall provide useful information on dementia, with the aim to raise public awareness.
