最近，您的內心有沒有一些煩惱令您難以專注？以藝術表達內心感受，專注安靜及舒緩情緒。
工作坊由註冊社工葉紀為教授，配合日本和諧粉彩及點紙畫釋放焦慮，解開精神枷鎖。
導師同時也是JPHAA和諧粉彩正指導師，及ARC園藝治療師。
