Service Design Hong Kong is Asia’s premier conference for innovators and change-makers. The 2019 theme is "Design for Impact", in which we'll look at the strategic role that service design can play in shaping the future, elevating quality of life, affecting powerful change, and how to achieve a positive effect on society. We are inspired by the role Service Design can play in shaping and building a better world. Day 1 brings everyone together for stories, case studies, interactive sessions and conversations led by speakers from different countries, backgrounds and perspectives within the region. Day 2 is about learning by doing, and this year we have a new experience planned. The day will be led by one of the world's leading Service Design practitioners, Adam Lawrence (co-author This Is Service Design Doing). Adam will guide participants through an innovation program that amplifies social, economic and community impact.
