維多利亞青年商會（JCI Victoria）於1950年成立，為一間培訓青年領袖的非牟利機構。本會於1990年起訂立每年十月第二個星期日為「祖父母節」（Grandparents' Day）
「祖父母節」（Grandparents' Day）為每年十月第二個星期日，今年第30屆活動主題為「隔代教養 跨代共融」，本會舉辦一系列親子活動，讓大眾了解祖父母照顧孫兒的經歷和感受，反思並促進祖孫關係。
