香港廣受歡迎的北歐餐廳 FINDS 破天荒與日本超人氣家電品牌BRUNO攜手推出「FINDS x BRUNO北歐秋日下午茶」， 讓客人品嚐一系列北歐下午茶美饌及親手製作姆明一族班戟。
由芬蘭籍集團行政總廚Jaakko Sorsa設計的北歐下午茶美饌，運用別具特色的BRUNO多功能電熱鍋，精心製作出各款北歐風味的茶點，客人更可親手製作姆明一族班戟。
Chef Jaakko在調配班戟粉漿時，選用了北歐的班戟食譜製作出班戟漿及以燕麥奶製作的輕怡純素朱古力班戟漿，更特意以自家配方製作一系列的果醬給客人品嚐, 部份果醬更以北歐水果製作而成。今個秋日就到FINDS共度一個充滿北歐風情的休閒下午吧！
