「立夏」是一年中第七個節氣,太陽位於黃經45度,5月5-7日交節,代表節氣和物侯上已進入了夏天。 立夏之日螻蟈鳴,又五日蚯蚓出,又五日王瓜生。 進入立夏後,晝長夜短會越來越明顯,而且隨著氣溫升高,人們容易出汗,運動後一定要適當的補充體液。此時的飲食原則是增酸減苦,補腎助肝,調養胃氣。所以飲食宜清淡,以低脂、易消化、富含纖維素為主,多吃蔬果、粗糧。 立夏養生還應重視的一點就是「靜養」。因立夏後人易感到煩躁不安,因此立夏養生要做到「戒怒戒躁」,要保持平和,愉悅的心情,笑口常開。還可多做偏靜的活動,如繪畫、書法、下棋、種花等。
