展覽包括戰後時期就持續在尋找原創風格的具體派藝術家（田中敦子，名坂有子，元永定正，山崎鶴子，松田豐），以及1960年代便在紐約探索極簡主義的日本女藝術家內藤樂子。展覽還包括頗有成就的多媒體藝術家大竹伸朗，以及畫廊代理的新興藝術家（姜森，坪田昌之，克里斯蘇科）。穿越時間和空間，觀眾可近距離觀看藝術家用不同方式創作的質感，如繪畫，雕刻及編織，了解如何開創獨特的風格及他們如何推進藝術創作。
