<路向四殘傷殘人士協會>舉辦的大型公眾活動《花轆look嘉年華》，是全港首個融合輪椅花車展覽，輪椅體驗以及舞台表演的活動，旨在透過這次活動，令大眾明白”輪椅”除了有轆，更可以有”Look”！透過全民參與，共建共融社會！
