內容：婦女人士透過社區音樂創作和樂器運用，創作他們的故事，或面對疫情的態度和感受，從而獲得鼓勵和快樂。
時間：上午10:00至12:00，每組每次進行兩小時，共8堂。
地點：透過Zoom網上視像進行活動
對象：婦女
導師：音樂治療師 (註冊)
