受疫情影響，大家的身心健康受到嚴重影響。透過參加精神健康急救課程，能夠學習辨識常見精神問題及徵兆，並成為精神健康急救校園社區大使，推廣精神健康和幫助社會上有需要的人士。
時間：第一班：3月3日至3月23日(4節)
第二班：4月7日至4月28日(4節)
對象：15歲或以上之人士
