熱愛結他演奏的高中生上之山立夏，在聽過同級同學佐藤真冬的歌聲後，邀請他加入自己與中山春樹及梶秋彥的樂隊，組成「GIVEN」。GIVEN在首次演出取得成功，立夏也察覺自己對真冬的感情，兩人開始交往。另一方面，春樹暗戀秋彥多年，然而秋彥與同居的小提琴家村田雨月一直藕斷絲連。與此同時，GIVEN得到一個機會，以更大的舞台為目標前進。圍繞著春樹、秋彥、雨月的三角關係，將在劇場版中漸起變化...
