"Beasts" - John Lau Solo Exhibition John Lau is an artist born and raised in Hong Kong. His works have been exhibited all over the world. The exhibition is titled "Beasts", with the theme of birds, beasts and humans, coupled with rich tones of colours and delicate brush strokes to depict remarkable works with different styles. Without any footnotes, the exhibition allows viewers to have enough space to think independently and reflect on the interrelationships between humans and animals, as well as with nature. Art is the aesthetics accumulated from life. Reading a painting has no inevitable relationship with the artist. If you ask John Lau: "What do you want to express in your painting?"
