素來藝術氣息濃厚的跑馬地新盤 EIGHT KWAI FONG Happy Valley，除了於宴會廳常置不同的頂級藝術品，這次更邀請風格各異的五大藝術創作單位：13A New Street Art Gallery 、INFECTMENT、KEF Hong Kong、PERKS SOUVENIR STORE 及 SHOUT Art Hub & Gallery，將EIGHT KWAI FONG Happy Valley 的既有空間裝置成為獨一無二的多元藝術展覽館。各藝術創作單位連結不同領域的藝術家、設計師、創作者，共同於 EIGHT KWAI FONG Happy Valley 30 樓全層發揮奇妙想像與精彩創意，將藝術揉合生活空間，啟發每位睇樓訪客及住客對空間的無限想像與可能性。
