Description
百多年來，不同的樂種在香港這東西文化交匯之都茁壯成長。從茶館、戲棚到音樂廳，一首《春江花月夜》唱盡了《紫釵記》的無奈與遺恨，卻又繪聲繪影地描畫出月夜春江的迷人景色，而《帝女花》的〈妝台秋思〉亦同樣是傳統粵曲與大型中樂合奏中游走的代表。
2057 年，《紫釵記》在香港首演一百週年，香港中樂團將以富有廣東文化基因的粵劇音樂舉辦音樂會！樂迷不但可以細味二十世紀香港最膾炙人口的《紫釵記》及其他經典折子戲，更可透過結合科技藝術的舞台特效，重回百多年來粵樂文化到訪過的不同音樂場景。
樂團特別委約香港鬼才作曲家伍敬彬博士，為樂團度身打造一場穿越時空的聲光旅程，帶領樂迷走進跌宕起伏、神秘莫測的太空世界。
