Palette Ring 致力為香港同人界提供一個經濟及多元的創作推廣平台，希望讓更多人認識同人創作，本屆活動繼續維持公眾免費入場，讓各界人士能踴躍參與活動。
此外，本屆活動亦為同人愛好者增設 VIP 門票。VIP 除了可於活動正式開放前優先進場外、還可以獲贈由贊助商提供的紀念品一份。
兩日活動將分開不同主題：星期六為女性向及一般向、星期日為男性及一般向。
* 入場人士可獲取場刊一本，派完即止
