中秋過後，本地農田正是秋播轉季期，雖然夏季作物進入尾水，天氣仍然炎熱，但 SEED 準備咗鮮甜好味嘅有機蔬果畀大家。
今個月嘅利園都市農墟，加力農場為準備咗紅莧菜、白苦瓜、冲繩苦瓜、仲有第一次登埸四角豆?。隱山農場剛剛收成洛神花，色澤鮮艷奪目，可用作泡茶、醃漬或煮成果醬，淡淡天然果香，提醒之選。華記農場帶來大家至愛嘅菜心和白菜、仲有清甜鮮味嘅水瓜。
