Interstage 是一個由舞台及製作藝術學院學生製作的流行音樂會，學生們透過此平台，夥拍具實力的歌手，共同探索科藝製作和音樂舞台上的無限可能性。
第五年的音樂會邀請到唱作歌手陳慧敏合作，由資深音樂會監製康家俊帶領下連同七位學生共同創作。出道十年的陳慧敏，經歷過漂泊、浮沉不定又充滿挑戰的人生後，感悟到只要順從自己的信念，找到一樣喜愛的事，漂泊著亦能活出自己的方向。透過是次音樂會，讓觀眾與陳慧敏經歷一趟漂泊、尋找的旅程。
