由2023年1月28日至2月5日，JCCAC L3公共空間將成為「福小兔祈願藝術村」，除了展示一眾駐村藝術家設計30隻的「形」福小兔，更設有「藝看運程」及「祈願創作」，一家大細齊齊畫住為新一年祈願，在藝術氛圍下與大家一起迎接新春！
