人氣英式鬆餅店 Jackson’s Scone 上年 6 月首次去到 SOGO 崇光百貨 銅鑼灣店開 Pop-up，最近嘅 Pop-up 又再次返去同一地點！
同上次一樣，除咗每日有固定味道 (原味、紅棗、芝士煙肉、咖啡可可、桂花烏龍、斑蘭椰絲、龍眼) 之外，亦會每日喺 IG Story 講定有咩是日限定味道，好似 3 月 17 日嘅限定味道就有特濃開心果、日式玄米茶麻糬、士多啤梨 Baileys 同 Jackson's Milkshake。所有味道都係數量有限，售完即止。
