Jeff 陸東成透過扎實唱功和對音樂的熱情，不斷努力將好音樂帶給聽眾。他將在藝穗會舉行首個個人音樂會，並傳遞正面的生命訊息。今次音樂會還邀來其樂隊 Emmanuel 的另外兩位成員——陳思捷及陸偉峰，以及本地結他手——黃家昌作特別嘉賓，攜手將東成的音樂歷程以不同風格的歌曲呈獻給大家。
