專門研究海嘯的 28 歲科學家碧娜，習慣與數據打交道多於人際關係，連性慾也緊握在她的控制之中。每段「一次性關係」都堅持匿名，性與愛完全分隔。33 歲的法蘭克在藥物的迷霧中過活，遊走在各種感情關係中，於同伴中被迫扮演着傳統男性角色。直至遇上碧娜，才得以撕開眼前一切假象，放肆享受被支配的快感。
