2023 年度大埔區龍舟競賽設有多項賽事，包括公開賽、男女子混合賽、小龍賽、女子小龍賽、行際康樂體育會 邀請賽*及廠商盃邀請賽*。所有賽事之賽程均為約 500 米。
賽制
18 隊隊伍抽籤分為 2 組進行初賽，初賽每組前 4 名，共 8 隊可進入決賽爭奪冠、 亞、季軍名次；初賽每組第 5 至第 8 名，共 8 隊可進入優異賽爭奪優異組之冠、亞、 季軍名次。﹝賽制會因應報名情況而調整各組參賽名額﹞
* 「行際康樂體育邀請賽」及「廠商盃邀請賽」由大會邀請參加，優勝隊伍將由主禮嘉賓頒獎。
