佛誕又稱「浴佛節」，每年農曆四月初八，寶蓮禪寺都會舉行盛大的浴佛法會，紀念佛陀的誕生。 浴佛節當天，大殿前放一水盆，裡面供奉太子像（即釋迦牟尼佛誕生像），善信會以香湯沐浴佛身，寓意以佛祖的智慧，洗滌污濁，淨化心靈。 照片來源：香港旅遊發展局 網頁
