Description
英歌舞遺鄉情聚，天后護港不揚波 歷代的大規模氏族遷徙，主要是從北方向南遷移，流轉艱辛的旅程，到達沿海區域如潮汕和香港時，可算是天涯海角。尋覓安身立命之所，要面對不同的生活習慣和謀生環境，尋求各族融和共處之道。潮州鄉賢具外闖創業精神，教導後輩練習英歌，強身健體，以梁山好漢的義氣互助精神，以團結族人。而對媽祖的信仰，則使他們在天后的慈愛護蔭之下，安心繁衍。 本劇是繼《緣起敦煌》九次公演後，香港舞蹈總會又一大型舞劇，與《水不揚波》的對比，可算是天上•人間。本劇更為貼地描述人性，是一齣流人之歌。 ​
