農夫將四隻兔子帶到農莊，跟四隻烏龜及一眾動物相處。一天，兔子發現主人偏愛烏龜，受到不公平對待。兔子又想起當年龜兔賽跑，祖先落敗的恥辱，於是四隻兔子要和四隻烏龜再比賽！兔子以各種激將法希望烏龜應戰，海龜難忍激將，接受龜兔再跑挑戰！勝出者得以留在農莊，失敗的則需離開！比賽過程各出奇謀，共歷患難。患難生友誼，友誼就是力量！最終龜兔與農莊一眾動物共同迎戰難關，明白友誼比勝負更寶貴！
