女青 - 賽馬會創活人生 Plan & Go計劃，致力協助50歲或以上朋友仔，訂立興趣同人生目標，活出自我，並分享自身經歷，以不同形式，服務社區、回饋社區。
今個星期六，上環元創方PMQ，一班50+朋友，將會以展覽形式，盡Show佢哋嘅活力同熱誠；仲有理工大學學生，幫手將佢哋嘅經歷設計成書，「Book Of Life」珍藏展入面，每個獅子山下故事，都會鼓舞到你!
