聯合國於2018年起，將每年9月23日訂為《國際手語日》。呢一日亦係為咗紀念《世界聾人聯合會》喺1951年嘅成立日。9/23標誌住倡導聾人文化嘅誕生，支持同保護手語使用者嘅語言同人權。展覽內容包括香港及各地手語書展，昔日剪報、報導、刊物等，分享聾人社群嘅歷史。
