記憶有什麼意義？當眼前摯愛連自己都忘卻，情感還在嗎？ 智利著名記者Augusto八年前患上阿茲海默症，隨著記憶褪去，他逐漸失去與外在世界的連結，陷入沮喪與無助。妻子Paulina只能日復一日耐心地提醒丈夫最重要的事情 — 二人的名字、二人彼此相愛。
本片紀錄寫一對伴侶相守25年的感人故事，儘管疾病帶來的絕望籠罩了原本平靜的生活，Paulina在照顧丈夫的過程中始終不離不棄。
