在都市喧囂之中，忙碌使我們忘記停下腳步欣賞身邊的人。也許以自己方式面對人生的磨礪時，只要細心留意周遭的一切，或會帶給我們不少啟發與感悟。正正是因爲有著不一樣，這個社區才能綻放著絢麗的色彩 是次共融音樂會邀請到獨臂小提琴家殷兆基、全美一叮Golden Buzzer得主Mandy Harvey聽障唱作歌手及晉身中年好聲音決賽的吳大強一同以音符訴説共融絮語。 指揮郭勇德、指揮李少霖、鋼琴家李蓉蓉博士、中提琴家黎明及大提琴家Laurent Perrin將與視障小提琴手丁怡杰、視障鋼琴樂手李軒及視障二胡樂手楊恩華與True Colors Symphony成員同台獻樂 約定你一同以音符打破人與人之間的界限，共聚共融
