內容簡介：
在過去的一年裡，德國作家 Sandra（Sandra Hüller 飾）、她的法國丈夫 Samuel（Samuel Theis 飾）和他們 11 歲的兒子 Daniel（Milo Machado Graner 飾）在法國阿爾卑斯山的一個偏遠小鎮過著與世隔絕的生活。當 Samuel 被發現死在他們小木屋的雪下，在警察懷疑他的死是自殺抑或他殺時，Samuel 因死因可疑而被推定為謀殺案，Sandra 成為主要嫌疑人。當中的審判不僅是調查 Samuel 之死，更是深入了解 Sandra 與 Samuel 二人矛盾關係。
