壓力會把陶泥塑造成各種形態的生坯陶藝(即未經燒製的狀態)，象徵著生活中所經歷的痕跡：有的彎曲，有的摺疊，有的分裂。仔細觀看，放在手中，與各種形態互動，感受其存在。再拿起陶泥，把當下的感受傳至手上，成為釋放壓力的一個契機。
