金管局於2023 暑假推出由社會企業樂在棋中設計及出版的原創理財桌上遊戲《$mart理財321》，桌遊自推出後大受歡迎並屢獲國際設計殊榮。
為進一步向大眾推廣《$mart理財321》桌上遊戲，金管局於2023年12月16日至2024年2月18日，在中環PMQ元創方B座HG13和HG20工作室設置「金管局 $mart 理財體驗館」，把《$mart理財321》的遊戲圖版簡化，變身成為另一個好玩大型圖版和四個理財互動小遊戲。市民亦可在體驗館的維港夜景打卡位拍照留念。市民更可在指定時段**於體驗館內試玩《$mart理財321》。
