「漢服元宵夜市巡禮」將於城市綠洲 - 饒宗頤文化館舉行，參加者以預先報名形式參加三個文化工作坊，包括手繩、面譜繪畫、草蜢編織。夜市方面，引入多款中國特色小食攤位，包括麥芽糖餅、糖畫、叮叮糖。場內亦設有多個仿古場景裝置供參加者打卡，包括荷花燈、燈籠牆、紙扇牆、大型月亮及猜燈謎，增加濃厚的節日氣氛。
