園遊會中設有元宵市集，售賣離島區內出產或相關的商品，向遊人宣傳推廣離島特色並吸引消費，以推動地區經濟發展。此外，場內設有大型燈飾佈置、漢服體驗、藝術工作坊、民俗表演及有獎攤位遊戲等，與市民和遊客共慶新春。
