Description
48 年來，戴諾文（Norman）和戴艾西（Ethel）一直都在金池塘旁的小屋度過夏天。
然而，在今年這一切都不再平靜溫馨。中年離婚的女兒戴采絲（Chelsea）帶着男友雷標（Bill）和繼子雷比利（Billy）回家，令原本就疏遠的父女關係陷入冰點。而繼子的存在又如何融化兩者之間的隔閡，重新連繫兩父女關係？
夏天總是短暫，關係緊張的三代人，能否修補關係，讓金池塘充滿親情點綴？
春去夏來，「它」仍在舊地方等待「他們」下一次歸來。
