香港浸會大學，中國語言文學系，一級講師;研究香港飲食文學及文化。「蕭博士文化工作室」創辦人。《香港志・飲食卷》撰稿小組成員。飲食文化研究者，曾任法國餐廳大廚，著有《解構滋味:香港飲食文學與文化研究論集》等。
