As Tai Kwun turns six years old, we reflect on the thousands of events, exhibitions, and performances hosted since 2018. The one constant feature and source of inspiration that has continually filled Tai Kwun with energy in that time is you. The people of Hong Kong have come in their millions, returning again and again, to experience our ever-changing programmes. Traditionally, an encore is called for at the end of a great performance. On this 6th anniversary, however, Tai Kwun and our steadfast founder and funder, The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), start by applauding Hong Kong. You’ve taken us to your heart and we can’t wait to see more of you more often.
