結合舞蹈教育、戲劇和香港舞蹈團的經典舞劇《花木蘭》選段，主角花木蘭集忠、孝、勇、智於一身，其代父從軍的傳奇事跡，傳頌千古，充分體現出中華民族的孝義精神。《舞說木蘭》以身體的律動帶領觀眾走進多姿多彩的舞蹈世界，並肩穿越南北朝樂府詩作《木蘭辭》的文學天地，與這位舉世歌頌的巾幗英雌以舞相會，讓普羅大眾以導賞形式學習和感受花木蘭的溫婉柔情與堅毅勇猛！
