LEAP is excited to announce the opening of registration for the 30th anniversary flagship event - the LEAP Into Colour Charity Run!

The charity run features a 6.8KM Challenge Run (timed) and a 3.5KM family-friendly Fun Walk (untimed, pet-friendly). Participation is open to everyone, either individually or in self-formed teams. This fun-filled event aims to raise awareness of emotional health and well-being of children and youth in Hong Kong. Whether you join the Challenge Run to strive for a personal or team record, or the Fun Walk to enjoy the scenic route with your family and friends, everyone is encouraged to embrace and celebrate the emotions that contribute to life's completeness, and understand the importance of emotional management.

In addition to run, there will be activities such as the "Colours of Emotions" Dress Up Competition and the "LEAP Competition," as well as the entertaining Carnival and booth games to enhance enjoyment, interaction opportunities, and team spirit. Join us in this exciting journey of emotional health!
