結他手Lee Ritenour和鋼琴家Dave Grusin在全球爵士樂迷心中都是家傳戶曉的人物，他們半個世紀前就開始熱衷於巴西音樂。正如他們最新錄製的專輯《BRASIL》所展現的，他們對這一類型音樂的熱情從未減退。《BRASIL》涵蓋了當代巴西音樂的各種風格，並邀請了巴西最傑出的年輕音樂家參與演出。此外，還加入巴西著名的歌手和作曲家Ivan Lins，他與Ritenour和Grusin合作的專輯《Harlequin》曾在1986年獲得格林美獎。
