Description
經過九個月的時間，「花樹留聲」計劃終於迎來成果發表的階段。
成果音樂會上，四組創作人除了會首次演唱各自的音樂作品，還會一起朗讀詩歌、分享心得。
四組陣容（詩人 x 音樂人）包括：
