新界北新市鎮及馬草壟的發展是北部都會區的重要一環，將為香港帶來嶄新的經濟及生活機遇！🌟 計劃將新市鎮打造成為專上教育、文化及體育設施的滙聚地，包括「北都大學教育城」、博物館群、表演場地及各類體育設施，旨在培育高端人才🏫🎭，全面推動口岸經濟及新興產業發展💼。馬草壟則以私人住宅為主，並提供休憩及配套設施，支援鄰近古洞北新發展區及河套區的港深創新及科技園，滿足創科人才的居住及生活需求🏡。
即日起至2月22日，「新界北新市鎮及馬草壟」巡迴展覽於中環街市舉行，為大家介紹詳盡的發展規劃，並收集公眾意見
