馬灣鄉事委員會於每年農曆三月二十至二十五日舉辦天后誕，儀式活動包括請神、神功戲及送神等。馬灣天后廟建於清嘉慶年間，原位於汲水門，後因發展影響，在2022年於石仔灣山坡落成重建。現時，馬灣鄉事委員會每年舉辦天后誕，儀式活動包括請神、神功戲及送神。

地點：馬灣丁屋擴展區戲棚（馬灣基慧學校對面）
4月17日先演《七彩六國大封相》
續演《雷鳴金鼓戰茄聲》
